Treasury/ Financial Analyst

Full-time
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our finance team at The Arbor Company. As a Treasury Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing our company's financial assets and ensuring optimal cash flow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in corporate finance and strategic planning.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily cash positions to ensure adequate liquidity
- Execute cash management activities, including wire transfers, investments, and borrowing
- Analyze and forecast cash flow to optimize working capital
- Assist in the development of short-term and long-term cash management strategies
- Conduct research and analysis on investment opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for financial reporting and analysis
- Prepare financial models and perform scenario analysis to support decision-making
- Assist in the development of treasury policies and procedures
- Monitor compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Support treasury-related projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience with Acumatica or other cloud based ERP systems
- 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or treasury operations
- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and financial analysis techniques
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Excellent mathematical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and financial modeling
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
