Senior Living Leadership

We are actively seeking directors, managers, and executive chefs. Many of our senior living director jobs, manager positions, and kitchen leadership roles have minimum qualifications. However, we also hire those with applicable skills and experience earned in related industries, such as hospitality, event planning, retail, business administration, or other health care areas.

How do you describe your company culture?

I’ve never worked in senior living before. Can I still apply for a leadership position?

That is a possibility. If you have worked in another industry such as hospitality, retail, or other health care areas, you may be a fit for the leadership team at The Arbor Company.

Do you offer senior living leadership development programs?

Yes, we have a very robust leadership development program, including our Foundations New Leader Training program and a 6-week leader development program using Franklin Covey principles and materials. Leadership team members have access to the full Franklin Covey database.

What types of benefits do you offer?

We have a very robust benefits package such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, and almost everything you can imagine. But wait, that’s not all! 

We offer multiple programs to facilitate connections between team members as well as reward and recognition programs. We also invest in career development, such as leadership and professional training, tuition reimbursement, and student loan repayment assistance.
