Business Office Director | Lakeway, TX

We have an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned financial leader to contribute to a team of caring and compassionate employees and help us maintain the traditions of excellence in our community. The Business Office Director's responsibilities include all business and office management functions of the community. Specific responsibilities include billing, A/R, payables, and payroll. The Business Office Director also manages company systems and processes related to Human Resources and functions of quality assurance and risk management. As a valued member of the community's leadership team, the Business Office Manager helps set a tone of professionalism and caring for residents, their families and our staff.

Executive Director | Austin, TX

The Executive Director is responsible for leading the day to day operations of the community, including full P&L responsibility, and is involved in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all aspects of community life. The Dining Director will be responsible for food service and deliver a superior dining experience to all residents. Food is one of the most important aspects of our lives and we are looking for the right leader to ensure our residents and their families are served excellent and nutritious meals in an efficient and friendly fashion. The Director is responsible for managing a budget, ensuring and maintaining safety standards, including safe handling and storage of food items and collaborating to create a menu that appeals to the palates of those we serve.
